Hotel is a deluxe hotel located in the heart of Seoul, enjoying
since its
dedication in 1967 a solid reputation as one of the most
comfortable and luxurious
resting places in Korea.
Design and consulting was performed by Bechtel Corporation
of USA.
It is a R.C. structure building with 504 guest rooms.
Total floor area is 45,400§³. Completed in December 1969.
