Gwangan Grand Bridge
 Gwangan Grand Bridge is now acclaimed as a masterpiece of structural works ever
built in Korea.
located off the coast of Gwanganri Beach, Busan, one of the most Famous tourist
attractions in Korea.
This magnificent work is an earth-anchored suspension bridge stretching 99m over the
sea with 25m-wide 4-line dual storied carriage way.
The height of the main tower is 116.5m from the sea level and the major incorporated
into this bridge consist of 3,758 tons of cable, 14,442 tons of truss and 7,358 tons of
steel slab, etc. Side spans and central span have been constructed by the application
of assembly of large block using floating crance and assembly of small block using
lifting gantry respectively, paved with guss asphalt and modified asphalt mixture.
