As Samwhan's first project in Papua New Guinea, the construction of a 30.8 km-long and 9.5 m-wide highway was completed in 1987.
Buna ~ Beamu Creek bridge Highway
A 28.5km-long, 9.5 m-wide highway between Buna Road Junction and Beamu Creek Bridge was completed in 1988.
