September 1976 to October 1980. |

Ground was broken
for this ultramodern National Commercial Bank Building in
Jeddah in
November 1979. 27-story building with 1-story basement and
attached 6-story building
for parking garage with a total floor area of 74,510 §³ were
completed in 1984. |

This complex, which
consists of luxurious buildings with arch-type marble and
pair glass
tunnels, has a total floor area of 46,200 §³ .
There are one 7-story shopping center building, one 7-story

The tower building is an office building of complex. This
21-story building measuress 12,580 §³
in floor area. This complex was completed in 1989. |

SWCC(Saline Water Conversion Corp.)
Jeddah Housing Compound project was for
the construction of houses for 237 family units
of which total floor area was 59,640 §³.
They were provided for SWCC staff and included
30km-long access road and various auxiliary
facilities such as swimming pool,
shopping store, sewerage treatment plant,
electrical and mechanical facilities, etc.
The project was completed in 1981. |

King's Palace and his Royal Highness Crown Prince's Palace.
Samwhan undertook the structural and interior works for
these palaces.

Khalid Military City) Project |
The construction of king
Khalid Military City was a
prestigious project of whicj budget was amounting
to 8 billion US dollars.
KKMC is located at the northern border of Saudi
Arabia was constructed by scores of contractors.
Samwhan, as a forerunner in the field of pre-cast
concrete fabrication, supplied various kinds of
precast concrete materials to all the job sites in
KKMC area,
With the monthly production capacity of 25,000 §³,
this is the biggest precast production plant ever
built in the world.
Together with this construction support servicess
(P.C. Fabrication) contract, Samwhan carried out
3 other industrial facilities and housing projects
in
the adjacent area. Total contract amount of these
4 projects reached 1.1 billion US dollars in value. |

was Section III of Yanbu-Rada Road was completed in December
1977 after 4 years of
strenuous work. |

| In 1983, when Samwhan
welcomed and
celebrated the 10th anniversary of its
venture in Saudi Arabia,
Samwhan, for its memorial, built the
Korean Park and presented it to the
Municipality of Jeddah as a symnol of

Korea and Saudi arabia.

renovation project for Jeddah, the largest port city in
